Business Conduct

Our business is built upon trust. We are dedicated to ethical and fair competition. We price and market independently and do not improperly coordinate our activities with our competitors.

We prohibit all improper payments or gratuities, and do not engage or assist in unlawful boycotts. We comply with all applicable trade controls, restrictions, sanctions and import-export conditions.

We do not violate the fairness of any tendering process. We refrain from damaging the business, reputation or credibility of any business partner or competitor.

We do not withhold unlawful payments and do not associate with such practices.

Clients and business partners are treated fairly and equally. Services are offered fairly and accurately, disclosing all relevant information.

Anti-Corruption

We condemn all forms of corruption.

Conduct relating to a direct or indirect offering, soliciting or accepting any unfair advantage or benefit to facilitate the business is prohibited.

This includes cash, gift, credit, discount, travel, personal advantage, accommodation or services.

We do not permit facilitation payments to government officials or private businesses.

This also covers the misuse of function or position.

Corruption for either to obtain or retain business, an advantage in the conduct of business is considered gross misconduct. Similarly, accepting or allowing another individual to accept a bribe is not tolerated.

Staff are required to account for all benefits received and otherwise act corruptly.

Appreciation And Hospitality

We abstain from any action that creates the perception of favourable treatment in exchange for personal benefits.

We will neither give nor accept benefits that constitute, or could reasonably be perceived as constituting, unfair business inducements that would violate law, regulation or polices, or cause discomfort.

We do not accept personal funds or resources to attain a professional goal that cannot be achieved  with company resources.

We may accept or offer occasional gifts and hospitality that conform to ethical market practices, provided that they are not inappropriately excessive, infrequent, and do not attempt to influence business decisions. Judgement is made at the discretion of the individual. Tokens that are considered unfit are politely refused, returned or donated for charity purposes.

Security

We are responsible for the security, protection and for the economic use of company resources and assets.

Our resources, including equipment, time, and information are provided for legitimate business use only.

Occasional personal use is permissible providing it is lawful, does not impact performance or disrupt workplace morale.

All staff is obliged to follow appropriate security measures and  treat all company property with respect. We do not condone the misuse or disrespect of company assets.

Confidentiality and IP

We are committed to business information confidentiality, integrity and accessibility. We implement professional technical security measures. Proprietary information includes all non-public information that may be harmful if disclosed to unauthorised parties.

We handle any such information as secret and also prevent the trade of securities while in possession of non-public information that could result in a negative impact.

We respect the property rights of others. We will not seek to acquire trade secrets or confidential information by improper means.

We do not engage in unauthorised use, copying, distribution or alteration of protected intellectual property.

Financial Integrity

The company books, records, accounts and financial statements are maintained in appropriate detail, properly reflecting transactions.

We condemn all forms of money laundering, and conduct business solely with legitimate businesses with  legitimate fund sources.

We commit to fair taxation and avoid all evasion practices, including failing to issue receipt or accounting fake expense invoices.

All staff follow accounting procedures, record and document all transactions appropriately.

All company disclosures made in financial reports are complete, honest, punctual and accurate. All misleading forms of auditing are prohibited.

Personal Data Protection

We respect people’s privacy and acknowledge the need to feel confident that their personal data is processed appropriately and for a legitimate business purpose.

We are committed to comply with all personal data protection laws.

We only acquire and keep personal information that is necessary and we give proper information on these activities to data owners. We implement proper security measures to assure confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal information.

Our staff observe the legal requirements, apply compliant practices and follow related procedures to ensure legality of personal data handling and processing activities.

Conflict Of Interests

Decisions are based on objective and fair assessment, avoiding the possibility of any improper influence.

Such conflicts that the company avoids include but are not limited to serving as a board member for a separate company or organisation, potential personal interest or gain in relation to a business transaction, substantial interest in a competitor or client, or any other emotional involvement.

We are respectful of these parameters and ensure that all staff do not engage in any practices which could constitute as a conflict of interest.
